RETURNS 

  • Returns will only be accepted if a product is defective or faulty.
  • Returns will not be accepted for incorrect ordering or if you have changed your mind.
  • If there is a problem with an item you've received, please let us know by emailing us within 3 working days of receipt of product.
  • Returns will not be authorized after 7 working days of receipt of product.
  • Returns can only be made once authorized by Customer Services.
  • We are happy to refund delivery costs if the item is defective/faulty or sent due to our error.
  • In order to process your returns as quickly as possible, all returns must include:
  • Order ID number
    Return authorization - obtainable from Customer Services
  • Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We will have item collected at our cost
