Directions
Apply Lip Plumper Balm one to three times per day. Begin with clean, dry lips. Apply a thin layer of Lip Plumper Balm evenly onto both lips. Stay within your natural lip-line (you may experience a warm,tingling sensation and/or the appearance of smooth redness on the surface of your lips; this is normal). Lip Plumper Balm can be used alone as a lip gloss, or as a smoothing base for any lipstick (if you desire to use lipstick, apply Lip Plumper, wait 3 to 5 minutes,blot off any residue, and apply lip color as usual).
