PRODUCTS

All products we sell are genuine. We stock all products that we have on our website or Trademe, but do sell to clientele that come into see us. In the case that we may sell the last of that product to a client that visits our Spa, we reorder the same day excluding weekends, where we reorder on the Monday morning. Depending on delivery times our supplier will deliver directly to you at our request.

CORRESPONDENCE

We respond to all emails within 48hours of recieving them. If you have not heard from us, please resend your email to us as we would not have recieved it. Please check our website for any updates - if our email server is down we will post this information there. If our computers are down our I.T. company will post any updates on our website for us.
